About the Programme
Think you can’t dance? Never danced before? Born to Dance is a joyful, welcoming workshop for anyone who has ever felt unsure, untrained, or simply curious about movement. Through a short visual journey into the roots of dance, playful warm-ups, and an interactive session led by choreographer Shahrin Johry participants are invited to move instinctively, feel the rhythm, and discover the joy of dancing, alone and together. With rhythm, play, and shared energy, you will discover that dancing is less about steps and more about joy, connection, and self-expression. No dance background required – come as you are. This programme is facilitated by Passion & Purpose Asia.
Note:
• This workshop is suitable for participants interested in dance or theatre and 17 years and above. No prior experience is required.
• Come in comfortable clothes you can move around in.
• Bring your own water bottle.
