Grief Yoga is a gentle, [Yin-style yoga](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yin_Yoga) practice focused on areas of the body where grief and tension can settle. It’s slow, subtle, and designed to unfold over time.
This class is welcoming to all bodies and all experience levels—no previous yoga experience needed.
Come cozy and bring a mat if you have one. We also have a few available to borrow. Blankets, pillows, and any props that help you feel comfortable are welcome.
Guests are also invited to enjoy our tea bar, oracle cards, crystals, writing materials, flowers, and aromatherapy.
