Welcome to Yoga in Retiro – Breathe, Flow & Connect 🌿
Join us every Tuesday at 6:00 pm for a relaxing outdoor yoga class in the beautiful surroundings of Retiro Park.
These 60-minute sessions combine mindful movement, breathing and a gentle flow to help you release the stress of the day, reconnect with your body and enjoy some time outdoors.
This group is also about connection. It’s a welcoming, international community for anyone who would like to practise yoga, meet new people and bring a little more calm and positive energy into their week. Please bring:
• Your own yoga mat • Comfortable clothes • Water • A warm layer for the final relaxation as autumn approaches
The exact meeting point in Retiro will be shared with registered participants.
