Second Nature Opening Reception

Three artists reinterpret the natural world through painting, sculpture, engraving and light-based effects in a group exhibition at Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay. The opening reception for Second Nature takes place Tuesday, September 8, featuring work by Fernando Fernández Granada, Rocard Mo and Raphaël Del Rosario. Presented by Gato Gordo Gallery in collaboration with Mundo Arte Gallery, the exhibition brings together distinct visual approaches centered on transformation, imagination and altered perceptions of nature.
The featured works include painted stones, surreal three-dimensional forms, engravings and compositions shaped by light and shadow. Together, they invite viewers to look beyond familiar natural forms and consider how artists reconstruct the visible world through material, texture and illusion.
Second Nature remains on view through October 5.
