OK.KO – LIVE @ THE HARBOUR by OK.KO DJALAN-DJALAN (NL) In djalan-djalan, Winnie (guitarist for The Klittens and former guitarist for Personal Trainer, among others) combines her love for DIY culture with musical elements from both her Indonesian and Dutch cultural backgrounds. The vision lies in connecting different worlds: how do you bring DIY culture, the electronic music scene and jazz influences together? The result is a diverse buffet of leftfield pop music, ranging from calm to hectic, filled with noise, driving rhythms and wind instruments. Over the past year, djalan-djalan has developed from a solo experiment into a four-piece band.
