FREE OUTDOOR Fitness Boot Camp (All Ages & Levels Welcome)

**We’re back OUTDOORS for the spring/summer season! 💪** Join us outside at Rochester Park (behind Maillard Middle School on the field or in the basketball courts) every **Wednesday from 7:00–8:00 PM** for your weekly dose of strength, sweat, and community! **PRIOR TO COMING**: Please ensure you have filled out the Liability Waiver (one time only) on our website. Come train with us on any given Wednesday from 7:00-8:00pm. A little bit about us: * We are a non-profit fitness society, and have been going strong since 2015! * We are 100% FREE. * We are an outdoor fitness community. (except during winter months) * We are 100% weather-proof (meaning, you will find us outside in any weather) * Please bring water, a friend, and yoga mat (if preferred!). We love meeting new people and seeing new faces. * We accept ALL ages and fitness levels.
