Join us for a slow, leisurely stroll along the beautiful San Francisco waterfront to talk all things cooking! Whether you are a seasoned home chef or just looking for culinary inspiration, this is the perfect chance to connect with others, swap advice, trade favorite recipes, and share your latest kitchen creations.
Our Route
We will kick things off at the iconic San Francisco Ferry Building, take a relaxed loop around the Farmers Market to check out the fresh seasonal produce, and then head down the Embarcadero. We’ll enjoy the bay views as we walk at an easy pace all the way to Fort Mason.
Meeting Spot: The South "Light Cannon" at Embarcadero Plaza (right in front of the Ferry Building, before Embarcadero).
How to find us:
When standing in Embarcadero Plaza facing the Ferry Building, look for the towering, 45-foot metal sculpture of a woman (officially named R-Evolution).
Near it, you will see two 65-foot tall steel and concrete light towers—these are the Ferry Building's "Light Cannons," and they sit on stepped pedestals.
*If you are facing the R-Evolution sculpture, the South Cannon is the light tower on your right. We will be gathering right on the steps of the South Cannon's pedestal!
