Hike at the UNESCO Garden Kingdom of Dessau-Wörlitz 🌳🏰
About the event
Join me this Sunday for a sightseeing hike through the Garden Kingdom of Dessau-Wörlitz 🌱, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its English-style landscape parks and historic buildings 🏛️.

The pace will be brisk through the forested sections, with dedicated 2-5 minutes photo stops at the major buildings and landmarks along the trail.
Schedule
• Morning: We arrive at 10:40 AM and start the trail. We will take one ~10-minute restroom stop early in the route. • Lunch: Halfway through, we will take a 45-minute break at the Gothic House for a picnic. Bring your own food and drinks. • Remainder of the day: We will hike for about 1 hour, then have about 2.5 hours of free time at the Gondola Station. You can use this time to purchase a boat tour ticket, visit the castle interiors, or get coffee. Everyone meets at the market square at 16:45 to take the 15-minute walk back to Wörlitz Station.
Travel Connections
