THE ITALIAN TOUCH
About the event
THE ITALIAN TOUCH How can your restaurant stand out in Berlin — and offer the kind of authentic Italian experience people look for when they travel to Italy?
Great food is only part of it. Customers also remember the welcome, the atmosphere, the way products are presented, the service and the small details that make a place feel genuinely Italian.
Italian Touch is a practical 90-minute workshop for Italian hospitality professionals, restaurant owners, managers and whoever want to make their italian identity more distinctive, credible and memorable.
We will work on:
• what makes an Italian experience feel authentic • how to differentiate your restaurant beyond the menu • welcome, service and atmosphere • storytelling around dishes and products • the key touchpoints that shape customer perception • small improvements you can test immediately
This is not a lecture: you will work on real situations and leave with practical ideas for your own restaurant.
