From Idea to Financial Success: Funding, Equity & Financial Planning in Austria
You have a great business idea but do you know how to turn it into long-term financial security?
Being self-employed gives you freedom, opportunities and the chance to build something of your own. But it also comes with financial decisions that are rarely taught at school and often not explained anywhere in a practical, understandable way.
After 12 years of being self-employed, Jennifer Angela Djongow, M.Sc. will share practical insights into how entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals can structure their finances, build equity and plan their financial future strategically.
What will you take away from this session?
💰 How can you actually start building equity? Before thinking about financing a property or making larger investments, you need a strategy for building your own capital. We will look at how to structure your finances and what may realistically be possible over 2, 3 or 5 years.
⚠️ What every self-employed person should understand about SVS & taxes. Many entrepreneurs underestimate what can happen when initial contributions and tax prepayments are later adjusted. In particular, the third and fourth year of self-employment can bring significant additional payments and higher ongoing advance payments.
🏠 Why can a small investment property be a powerful building block? We will look at the relationship between supply and demand, rental markets and the potential leverage of financing and discuss what you actually need to make an investment property financially realistic.
📈 What can investing in securities do for you as a self-employed person? For entrepreneurs, liquidity is particularly important. Learn how investments can be considered as part of a long-term financial strategy while keeping your liquidity needs in mind.
🏦 How much equity do you need for a small investment property? (Financing) What does a realistic financing structure look like? How much equity might be required and what level of income or profit can become relevant when planning for financing?
Understanding this early can make a huge difference to your liquidity planning
🧭 And most importantly: Where are you today and where do you actually want to go
We will use a practical “Financial Google Maps” approach
Current situation → Financial goal → Own capital → Investments → Financing → Long-term wealth buildin
Because there is no universal financial strategy. Your starting point, income, business, liquidity and goals determine the route
Why should you come?
Because financial education is something most of us simply don't receive at school
You can spend years learning how to build a career or a business without ever being taught how to turn your income into sustainable wealth, how to prepare for future tax and social-security payments, how much equity you could realistically build, or how financing and investments can fit together
This session is designed to give you practical knowledge you can actually use for your own financial decisions
You don't need to be wealthy You don't need to have everything figured out
You simply need to be willing to understand what is possible for you and what your next financial step could look like
If you are self-employed, building a business, or planning to become an entrepreneur, this is a session you should make time for
👉 Join us, bring your questions, and start building your own Financial Roadmap.
Your future financial position is not something you have to leave to chance it is something you can start planning today.
