Theta Session - ADE
About the event
Someni (Rancido) and Cosmic Spirit guide you at Theta Session during ADE into a meditative state between sleeping and waking. With live visuals, electronic music, and instruments, on the IJ in Amsterdam. For a group of 100 people. Between sleeping and waking
Theta Session takes you to the theta state: a level of consciousness between sleeping and waking. In this state, your mind is relaxed, open, and receptive. Someni, also known as Rancido, and Cosmic Spirit guide you through this inner space. At this ADE edition, they are joined by medicine musicians and spaceholders who further deepen the experience.
Sounds, visuals and the IJ as a backdrop
The session combines electronic frequencies with a wide range of instruments and live visuals. The waters of the IJ in Amsterdam form the backdrop. You can participate sitting or lying down, allowing the sounds to sink in in your own way. The music deliberately targets the nervous system and invites you to let go.
An intimate group experience
Theta Session is accessible to a group of up to 100 people. This makes it a personal and focused experience. Are you interested? You can find more information about tickets via the link on this page.
