Exercices de poussée, guidage par contact, ou applications martiales, toujours en douceur et dans le respect et la bonne humeur.

Débutants ou expérimentés bienvenus, pratiquants de tous styles (Bagua, Taichi, Yiquan, Aikido...), on peut tous apprendre les uns de autres, en partageant ses sensations, ses réactions, ses observations.

Chacun peut nous rejoindre à l'heure qu'il le souhaite et rester échanger et s'entraîner aussi longtemps qu'il le peut.

You can suggest drills and exercices or I can also suggest to try a few things.

As I am starting to develop some sensitivity to different qualities of touch and weight balance, I wish to further explore by practicing push hands with different partners of all levels and all styles (Bagua, Taichi, Yiquan, Aikido...), in a gentle, soft, and non-competitive way. Just having fun exploring what happens, what works and what doesn't.

You can join us at any time that suits you and stay as long as you wish.

Noticing what's not working also helps moving forward in the right direction towards the real and surprising skills of internal arts.

I only have a few years experience of Taichichuan.

There is a nice garden near Republique where we could meet to practice during the week at lunchtime, if that time slot suits you.
