About the event
※日本語の説明は後半にあります。
Let’s watch the Yodogawa Fireworks Festival together! We warmly welcome anyone who can follow the rules and have a friendly attitude! This event isn't just about watching fireworks—it's designed to help people connect. We'll set aside time at the venue for self-introductions. You can introduce yourself in either English or Japanese☆ You might even get a chance to practice your English or Japanese! To avoid the crowds, let’s meet early and watch from a spot a little ways away.
【Schedule】 17:50 Meet in front of the Higashi-Yodogawa Kunijima Post Office (right next to Shibajima Station on the Hankyu Senri Line) 18:10 Arrive at the viewing spot and wait until the show begins 19:00 Fireworks begin 20:00 Fireworks end 20:20 Wait a little while until the crowd thins out, then clean up and go your separate ways.
Due to crowding, you won't be able to leave right away. If you want to leave early, please refrain from participating to avoid any issues. The organizer will accompany participants to the bus stop near Tenjinbashisuji 6-chome Station. The bus goes to Osaka Station or Moriguchi Bus Depot. If you’re heading to Kunijima Station or another station, please make your own way home.
【Important Notes】 The times listed are approximate. Participants involved in multi-level marketing (network marketing) are not permitted to attend. Except in emergencies such as illness, leaving the event before it ends is prohibited. Elderly participants or those who are not confident in their physical condition should refrain from participating or consult with us in advance, as this could lead to accidents or other problems. The organizer assumes no responsibility under any circumstances—including accidents, theft, or the event not meeting your expectations—and will not refund participation fees or transportation costs. We may take photos of the event for future promotional use; please refrain from participating if you have any objections. Photos will be sent to participants via LINE at a later date.
*As this is an event aimed at fostering social interaction, please participate only if you agree with its purpose. Only those who are interested in making new friends may participate. Those who wish to participate solely to be guided to a viewing spot are not permitted to join. Sitting on the ground and waiting for a long time takes a lot of stamina. Please consider your physical condition carefully before participating. There has been an increase in cases where elderly customers run out of stamina, causing problems. (For example, constantly complaining about things like a sore butt.) If this situation continues, we will have no choice but to refuse participation by elderly customers altogether.
【What to Bring】 The organizer will provide picnic blankets. There are only vending machines in the area around Shibajima Station. Please bring your own snacks, light meals, alcoholic beverages, etc. in advance. There are no trash receptacles, so please bring a bag to carry your trash. Please bring an umbrella and a long-sleeved shirt just in case.
【Important Notes on Meeting Up】 Only those with reservations may attend. To prevent trouble, chasing after the group to catch up if you’re late is strictly prohibited. However, in the past, there have been many unfortunate participants who chased after the group anyway and ended up in trouble. Please absolutely refrain from ignoring the rules and chasing after the group. We will not be able to reply to individual messages on the day of the event. Since this is a group activity, we cannot wait for latecomers. We will not make exceptions for taking the wrong train or train delays. On the day of the fireworks festival, train schedules are often delayed and roads are congested, so we strongly recommend arriving early.
【Precautions for Viewing Fireworks】 All the best viewing spots are paid seats, so you won’t be able to see the fireworks clearly from other areas. There are no restrooms or concession…
