The Path to Peace: Labyrinth Sound Bath & Reiki

Slow down, reconnect, and allow the healing vibrations of sound to guide you back to yourself. Step away from the noise of daily life and enter a space designed for deep rest, reflection and healing. Join JJ for a restorative evening inside the beautiful labyrinth space at Como Lake United Church. Through guided meditation, Reiki healing and immersive sound bath vibrations, you will be gently supported to slow down, release emotional and physical tension, and reconnect with yourself. This experience is created for those who have been carrying too much for too long — the overthinkers, caregivers, busy minds and tired hearts needing a moment to simply breathe. As healing sounds move through the labyrinth space, allow yourself to soften, unwind and settle into stillness. No experience is needed. Simply come as you are. You may leave feeling lighter, calmer, grounded and more connected within.
