Vessbroz

Vessbroz presents Kalut: a house music night at Hotel Arena Amsterdam where Persian sounds, emotion, and stories come together with electronic music. The Iranian-Dutch DJs take you on a musical journey inspired by the Lut Desert. The evening is part of Amsterdam Dance Event and attracts an international audience. Persian sounds in an electronic guise

Kalut is not a traditional Persian music night. The concept of Vessbroz revolves around house music steeped in Persian influences: emotion, atmosphere, and stories from another culture. The name refers to the Lut Desert in Iran, one of the most extreme landscapes in the world. That sense of untamed power and beauty forms the inspiration for the music and the experience of the evening.

Internationally recognized artists on one stage

Kalut brings together a selection of internationally renowned artists who combine deep electronic sounds with Persian influences. The production is captivating and focused on atmosphere. You do not need a background in Persian music or culture to feel at home. The evening is accessible to anyone open to new sounds and experiences.

An iconic location in Amsterdam

The event takes place at Hotel Arena, a monumental building from 1888 on the edge of Amsterdam's city center, bordering Oosterpark. The building has a rich history: from a Catholic orphanage to a five-star hotel. Original details, such as the cast-iron staircase and the restored chapel, give the location a special character.
