A psycho-spiritual workshop exploring the four inner faculties—qalb, nafs, ruh, and aql—and the role of the nafs in emotional regulation, as well as how modern neuroplasticity research confirms a model drawn together by Imam al-Ghazali nine centuries ago. The day includes mapping these faculties, examining how the ego disguises itself, and looking at why change happens through both scholarly understanding and neuroscience.
