Come join us for yoga by the sea where we explore movement, breathwork, meditation, strength, mobility, and relaxation in a supportive and welcoming environment.
These classes are open to all levels and are designed to help you connect more deeply to your body, breath, and mind while practicing outdoors surrounded by nature and good people.
A typical class may include: • Breathwork • Warm up • Yoga flow & stretching • Meditation / relaxation
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already practicing, everyone is welcome.
