Lean Coffee at Agical

Lean coffee evening at Agical. Please note the location, Agical Västerlånggatan 79, 2tr ·T-bana Gamla stan, Stockholm.

Lean Coffee connects people with a passion for improving the ways they work and deliver value, such as agile experts, scrum masters, business leaders, students, nurses, programmers, consultants, or startup people - everyone is welcome. It's also a good occasion to get to know people in Stockholm.

Bring an issue you have in your professional life, a topic you want to discuss, or a methodology you want to understand better. Use the experience of others, share your own, or just talk something out.

The group sets the agenda by voting on topics proposed by the participants, and discussions are time-boxed.

(p.s. There will be drinks and snacks)

Some example topics: Agile, Lean, Scrum, Quality Assurance, Communication, Teamwork, Team dynamics, Software Practices, DevOps, Product management. Some example questions: What is this "agile" thing? Why is my team always lagging behind on work? Is my boss micromanaging me? How do I introduce retrospectives to my team?

Our motto: Come when you can, leave when you need to.

Hope to see you there!
