你是否曾经害怕被人否定，却又渴望活出真实的自己？《被讨厌的勇气》由日本作家岸见一郎与古贺史健合著，以一场青年与哲人的深夜对话，带领读者走进阿德勒心理学的世界——这位与弗洛伊德、荣格并称“心理学三大巨头”的思想家，用简单而具体的方式回答了“人如何获得幸福”这一永恒命题。

随笔南洋读书会诚邀你一同翻开这本书。活动当天，导读员将分享书中的核心思想，更会结合自身的人生经历，聊聊阿德勒的哲学如何在日常生活中落地生根——那些关于勇气、自由与人际关系的思考，或许正是你一直在寻找的答案。

Registration and Attendance

• Registration is not required for this programme. Please walk in. Admission is subject to availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Attendance will be taken using the NLB Mobile app. Please download the app ( https://go.gov.sg/nlbmobile-attendance ) or update it to the latest version. Then, scan the QR code at the venue to take your attendance upon entry.

• Please arrive 10 minutes before the session starts. Seats may be released to walk-in participants if you arrive late.
