6-8 Mile Run Starting from Medford Square

This run starts from Medford Square in front of Donuts with a Difference and heads out along the Mystic River passing Hormel Stadium to Torbert MacDonald Park for a \~3 mile total out-and-back with the shorter run we have scheduled starting at the same time/place. From there we'll continue on for an additional 3-5 miles depending on who's up for what, route TBD, ending back in Medford Square.

This is a zero-drop run, meaning we run for a little bit and then stop to let everybody catch up if necessary. Because we stay together as a group, we ask that all runners are able to keep a minimum pace of 10 minutes per mile.
