This week's topic:** You buy expensive skincare to cover every spot, track every minute you sleep with Oura rings, treat your mental health to focus better at work, etc. Social media tell us to both love ourselves as we are AND to fix every minor flaw we can... but is fixing our every imperfection a sign of healthy growth? Could celebrating our flaws be an easy excuse to avoid improving ourselves? Where's the line between accepting our true selves and avoiding growth? We'll discuss... 1. Is trying to improve every little detail of ourselves self-care or self-hate? 2. Can loving your flaws become an excuse to neglect ourselves? What could happen if we stop trying to improve anything about ourselves? 3. We shuffle groups so you meet new faces. * **21:30 – Late \| The After\-Chat:** Shift to casual socializing. The lounge bar stays open late for socialising and drinks. **📜 OUR DISCUSSION CODE (house rules)** 1. **Curiosity over judgement:** We're here to explore how different people think. Listen, ask questions, learn from each other. Every view is a puzzle and we want to understand all angles without judging the people who bring them. 2. **Respect the mic:** This is a shared space, not a soapboxing stage.
