We're back, painting golden leaves and golden light in the fall edition of Plein Air Picnic, on Spadina Ave 🌇
For this round of our relaxing plein air picnic, we'll be at Daniels U of T sipping hot tea and painting fall colours. Whether you are a hobbyist, or professional, this is a wonderful opportunity to learn how to build a scene in changing light, how to handle your materials for on-the-go painting, and receive live feedback while enjoying the crisp autumn air together. Challenge yourself to a limited colour palette, while learning how to execute an outdoor scene, from underpainting to texture-making.
Paints, brushes, and surfaces will be provided for this session. Feel free to bring any food and beverages you'd like. We'll have hot tea and some pastries from a local bakery.
We highly encourage you to come out and make some friends (or sign up with one!), in this outdoor session.
Oh, and, don't drink the paint water!
