During Amsterdam Dance Event, Nothing Here Now and The Rest is Noise present three new live performances at the Muziekgebouw Amsterdam. Nkisi, Crawler, and 2K88 & Rainy Miller & Bianca Scout show what electronic music can be beyond the dance floor. Sound, visuals, and performance come together in full-length works that take you into stories about identity, memory, and transformation.
Three performances, three worlds
Crawler presents the live premiere of Your Death Is a Lullaby: a performance about who deserves to be seen, featuring spoken word, electronics, live instruments, and scenography. 2K88, Rainy Miller, and Bianca Scout take you into Everything Always Changes, For We're Truly Here, a cinematic soundscape of dreamy electronics, R&B, and rap. Nkisi closes with BLK SPLLS, in which she employs samples as active forces for trance and change.
