Night run & beer at Yoyogi park 🏃‍♀️

🏃 This week we will have Run & Beer on Saturday!✨ Join us for a relaxed night of movement and good company. We’ll be running at an easy, conversational pace, so everyone is welcome—whether you’re a beginner or an experienced runner. If we have a bigger group, we’ll split into slower and faster pace groups, so you can choose what feels best for you. 📍 Meeting point: Yoyogi Park (West Gate) 🕗 Time: 8:00 PM 🏃 Route: 2–3 loops (around 2 km per loop) 💸 Participation: Free After the run, we usually head to a nearby brewery for a well-deserved beer and a chance to hang out together. 🍻 If you have ordered slow move club tshirt, this will be your chance to pick it up:)) Come for the run, stay for the community.
