No plans this Sunday? We've got you. This one is for the adventurous ones. We are heading up St Mark Summit on Cypress Mountain for a sunset hike this Sunday. The trail is 10km return with 640m elevation gain - moderate to hard, so come prepared. The reward at the top is one of the most stunning panoramic views of Vancouver, Howe Sound and the surrounding mountains, right as the sun goes down. Starting at 3PM gives us enough time to reach the summit for golden hour and make it back before dark. This is not a casual stroll - wear proper hiking shoes, bring plenty of water and snacks, and come with good energy.
