Led by our library volunteers as part of the “By the community, for the community”, our Line Dancing sessions offer a fun, low to moderate intensity workout that keeps both your body and mind active. Beyond the physical benefits, line dancing is great for cognitive health as learning and remembering dance steps helps boost focus and concentration.
Please be in comfortable attire (preferably long pants as the room may be quite cold) and wear covered-toe shoes for the sessions. Don’t forget to bring along a water bottle to hydrate yourself.
