Theater Workshop

An exploration of creative potential and expanded human expression. Beyond a conventional acting course, this workshop functions as a space for shared experience and self-discovery, using body and voice as primary tools to construct new realities. The focus is on developing stage presence, encouraging participants to move beyond everyday automatism and inhabit the present moment with awareness and commitment. Led by Bianca Sobral, the workshop encompasses classical theater games for group cohesion and improvisation, physical score work, and text analysis. Participants are challenged to test their boundaries, transforming vulnerabilities into artistic strength. The aim extends beyond actor training to cultivate communicative, empathetic, and critical individuals capable of moving fluidly between the real and imaginary. A journey into alterity, where encounter with the other reveals new dimensions of oneself.
