Unfold: A Mindful Fan Art Workshop
About the event
July in Lisbon is a particular kind of full, and this workshop is a deliberate pause inside that fullness. No artistic experience is needed; you'll receive a white hand fan and, through mindful prompts and simple color mark-making, paint what the season feels like from the inside. Facilitated by Aida, a clinical psychologist trained in art therapy, the session begins with a grounding practice and ends with a hand-painted fan you made yourself.
