🥾 Early Bird Hikers: Sintra (WOMEN ONLY)

Join us as we escape the city and head into the cool forests of Sintra before the summer heat sets in. We'll take the train together from **Sete Rios** and follow a scenic route through woodland trails, viewpoints and some of Sintra's most beautiful natural surroundings. This is a social hike designed to help members get to know each other while enjoying nature and getting some gentle exercise. **Details** 📍 **Meet:** Sete Rios Station ⏰ **Meet at:** 07:30 for the **07:50 train** 🥾 **Distance:** Approximately 8–10 km ⛰️ **Difficulty:** Moderate 🕐 **Finish:** Around 13:00 in Sintra After the hike, anyone who'd like to continue the day is welcome to explore Sintra's beautiful gardens and palaces, or enjoy a picnic in one of the town's green spaces. **What to bring** ✔️ Comfortable walking shoes or hiking boots ✔️ At least 1.5 litres of water ✔️ Snacks or a packed lunch ✔️ Sun protection (hat, sunscreen and sunglasses) **Please note** • This route includes uneven terrain, hills and forest paths. • Everyone walks at their own risk and should ensure they are fit enough for the distance. • We'll keep a relaxed, social pace and regroup regularly, so nobody gets left behind.
