We are repeating last year's success, and invite you to Chefs' Day 2026 in the street outside Sentralen! Join us and round off the summer with a food experience both young and old will remember for a long time. We look forward to gathering talented chefs, fantastic restaurants, first-class ingredients and food-loving people of all ages for a really pleasant Sunday! What happens on this day? Taste your way through dishes from some of Norway's best chefs and restaurants. Øvre Slottsgate is transformed into one large, vibrant restaurant, where each participant has their own station out in the street. Here you can wander around, discover new favorites and enjoy good food at pleasant prices. Stay tuned, we will continuously update with which chefs and restaurants will be participating! We will provide wonderful music and a good atmosphere throughout the day – both from the stage and out in the street. Just like a real food festival should be!
