It lives quietly in the body, in the boundaries we didn’t express, the words we swallowed, and the parts of ourselves we learned to hide in order to belong. This Shamanic Drumming Journey is an invitation to meet that part of you. We gather under a powerful astrological sky, with Mars and Lilith meeting in Cancer, bringing suppressed emotions, anger and old protective patterns to the surface. At the same time, Black Moon Lilith and the South Node invite us to explore deeper ancestral themes around visibility, self-expression and belonging. Sometimes the fear of being seen is not simply *“I’m afraid to be visible.”* It is the deeper memory: “It was not always safe to be seen.” This journey explores one of the feminine wounds we work with through The Unison™ — the wound of visibility. Not to get rid of anger, but to listen to what it has been protecting. Not to force yourself to become louder, but to reconnect with the part of you that knows: I am allowed to be seen. I am allowed to have a voice. I am allowed to take up space. The Journey · 19:00–20:30 19:00 · Opening Ceremony — 15 min Grounding, intention and preparation for the journey. 19:15 · Shamanic Drumming — 55 min Lie comfortably on a mat and allow the rhythm of the drum to guide you inward. 20:10 · Integration & Closing — 20 min Grounding, sharing, connection and conscious closing together.
