Quaint Japanese Inn dinner in SF

OK, we've got our Full FOUR diners for Sunday. August 30. Thanks for everyone's patience. Dinner @ Izakaya Rintaro in San Francisco for 4 (including me, your host). Have wanted to try this acclaimed Izakaya Japanese place. There is a Set Menu ($90) which has at least 8 dishes (too much for me) and the ENTIRE TABLE must order it. Thus, I'd prefer to go a la carte on this one. First three SFoodies to advance me $25 Reservation fee (using Venmo or Zelle) holds their place. (I normally don't drink--but I would be up for one small cup of good sake.)
