Hey foodies! 🥰 Ready for a lovely autumn weekend filled with nature, local flavours, and a festival atmosphere? Join Lisbon Foodie Club for a relaxed visit to the XXIII Festa do Outono at the Botanical Garden in Ajuda! 📍 Location: Ajuda Botanical Garden & Palace grounds 📅 Dates: Saturday, 17 October 🕙 Opening hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 🌿 What to expect?
• Explore the beautiful Botanical Garden and its atmosphere. • Discover festival stalls, exhibitions, and local products. • Enjoy the street food and food area at your own pace. • Soak up the relaxed, festive vibe and spend a lovely day outdoors!
🎟️ Good to know before you come The festival and the Botanical Garden are open to everyone throughout the weekend. There are no capacity limits for general festival entry, food stalls, or the street food area. You simply need to purchase your entrance ticket at the ticket office, and you're free to explore! 🏛️ Want a guided tour? Here's the catch! Guided tours with the palace and garden staff are available on Saturday at 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM. These tours are limited to 20 people per group, on a first-come, first-served basis. If you'd like to hear the stories and history behind these beautiful places, make sure to sign up at the ticket office early! ✨ My suggestion: Let's meet around 3.30 PM at the garden ticket office and try to get on the garden's guided tour (but with no high expectations that everyone gets a spot).
