About the Yoga Class LX Portal’s signature vinyasa flow where everyone's welcome - from the adventurous beginner looking for a workout to the advanced student wanting a balanced practice. The teacher offers variations that enable you to practice at your own level while keeping up with the flow. 60 min.
Arrival time is 15 minutes before class and check in closes 2 minutes prior to the start of class. Phones are not allowed in class. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch and move freely. We have a bathroom and a changing room available. Mats are provided free of charge. You are also welcome to bring your own mat. The class is taught in English.
