From emotion to color
About the event
✨ SOMATIC ART CLASS IN LISBON✨
We are going to change the way we relate to difficult emotions and reconcile ourselves with all our light and shadows🌓
A gentle space to land in your body. To feel what’s been hidden. To breathe what’s been held. To paint what words can’t say.
¿How we will do it?
Through breathwork 🌬️, somatic release🍃, meditation🧘🏼♀️ and intuitive art 🎨, we explore the full spectrum of emotion - not to fix it, but to express it, and let it move through.
This is not just a painting class. It’s emotional alchemy with a brush🧑🎨 A journey from suppression to expression. From stillness to color 🌀 From numbness to feeling
Let's free ourselves together💫 Come as you are. Leave lighter🍃
