La Dolce Vita: An Italian Cooking Night

This month, we’re stepping up the game with a *private cooking session*, guided by Monia and graciously hosted by Mike, a third generation Italian with great Italian cooking experience. We’ll be focusing authentic Italian dishes side by side, learning the secrets of homemade pasta umbricelli or tagliatelle and traditional sugo from the heart of Italy, Umbria, and indulging in rich Mediterranean flavors, *La Dolce Vita style.*
