Beginner-Friendly Yoga Class in Yoyogi Park + Tea and Social time
About the event
Thank you very much for visiting this event! I am a 200-hour yoga teacher certified in India.
Let’s do yoga in the park together! This class is mainly for beginners, although there could be some optional advanced poses. We will focus on Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. The class is conducted in English, making it a great opportunity to practice your English skills. However, it is easy to follow along by just observing the positions.
After yoga we will will enjoy hot tea and snacks while we socialise at an easy pace in a calm, cozy atmosphere.
▼Participation Fee Ladies: 500 Yen Gents: 1000 yen Please have the cash ready at the meeting point *NOTE that In case of cancellation on the same day or no-show you still have to pay the participation fee via Paypay*
▼Schedule
• We will wait 10 minutes to gather after the meeting time (Text me if you are arriving later than this) • 1 hour yoga class • 30 minutes group chat. Chai Tea and snacks (provided by the instructor)
