Come Play: Entropy

Come play the newest game from celebrated designers Tommaso Battista, Simone Luciani, and Nestore Mangone! Entropy is a fast-playing strategy game where simple rules lead to surprisingly tricky decisions as you try to bring order to your own plans while disrupting everyone else’s. It’s interactive, clever, and full of satisfying moments when your strategy comes together - or someone else throws it into chaos. You play as an apprentice scientist taking a final exam in a simulation to prove you can harness and bend entropy to create new solar systems and seed planets with life. On your turn, you will move your scientist along a rondel to choose an action such as creating a new solar system, adding a planet to a solar system, sparking life on a planet, triggering a stellar phenomenon, or upgrading your console. The endgame is triggered when any 2 of the 6 main objectives are complete. Then you will be judged in your solar system-building abilities against the other players (by seeing who has the most Victory Points!) We have two copies of the game and can therefore support 8 players. If you have a copy you can bring, let us know, and we will expand the RSVP limit.
