为什么练习霎哈嘉瑜伽？

在繁忙的都市生活中，我们往往忽略了身、心、灵的健康。霎哈嘉瑜伽冥想恰恰是现代人的需求。它给予我们瑜伽，即天人合一的状态，通过精微能量来帮助我们恢复内在的平衡。这个修复是自然而然的。 这个力量是我们内在精微系统的一部分，其中还包括了七个能量中心和三条经脉。当我们处于平衡的状态，我们并不受过去或者未来的影响，也能处于无思无虑的状态。而这个力量在梵文中指的是“昆达里尼”。 “霎哈嘉”指的是自然而然，而“瑜伽”的意思是连接联合的状态。霎哈嘉瑜伽仅涉及冥想，并不涉及任何体位瑜伽。

我们的课程： 每逢星期四傍晚7点半
