About the event

Take a creative lunch break during Mental Health Month with wellbeing art therapy.

These 45-minute, small-group workshops combine expressive art-making, guided creative activities and gentle reflection on everyday wellbeing. Facilitated by Vaishnavi Nanjappan, AThR, each session explores a different theme.
