About the event
Sabrina Fairchild is in love. The daughter of a chauffeur to a rich industrial family, she spent her youth peering at the gowns, glamour and intrigue of the upper classes from her servant’s quarters. All it took was a Parisian makeover and an injection of self-belief to adjust her view. Wilder’s most shamelessly romantic turn is firmly Hepburn’s picture, diffusing any bite in her lines with a dazzling smile and enough charm to sell a hundred fairytale endings. Screen: NFT1.
