Quietly Queer: City Lights & Park Hang
About the event
Hi folx - Join us for a Quietly Queer chill afternoon hang in North Beach, San Francisco! We'll meet at Réveille Coffee Co., grab a beverage or snack, and head to City Lights Booksellers to browse their selection before making our way over to Washington Square to hang out in the park together for the rest of the time.
This is a low-pressure, come-as-you-are gathering for LGBTQ+ folks to chat, connect, explore, or simply enjoy being around other people. There’s no agenda, icebreakers, or expectations. Whether you're feeling social, looking to meet new people, or would rather wander the bookstore and sit back in the park with us, you're welcome here.
We'll stick around Réveille Coffee Co. for 15-20 minutes, and at City Lights for about 30 minutes. Feel free to browse City Lights at your own pace and join us in the park afterward. It can get breezy, especially in October, so bring a sweater and something comfortable to sit on!
Join us from the start, come late, or leave whenever you need. There's no expectation to stay for the whole hang, but we'd love to have you with us!
