A poolside Pilates session pairs guided movement with matcha, relaxation and social time at the Sagamore Hotel South Beach on Miami Beach. The event takes place Saturday, August 22, with a class led by Ebony Morrison of Squeezed Pilates followed by time to enjoy the hotel pool and connect with other attendees.
Presented by Haus of Wellness Miami, the experience includes pool access, matcha, wellness giveaways and a curated goodie bag from participating brand partners. Guests should bring a Pilates mat, water bottle, sunscreen and comfortable workout attire.
