Women's Journaling Retreat in Manly

Hey ladies!:) Welcome to a space created just for you. ​Our Women's Journaling Retreat is the ultimate sanctuary designed for deep reflection, restoration, and genuine connection. ​This isn't just a day trip—it’s an invitation to pause, breathe, and turn inward. Whether you are an avid writer or haven't picked up a pen in years, you are welcome here. ​Guided journaling prompts, self reflective exercises and vision board materials will be provided. They are designed to unlock your inner wisdom, clear mental clutter, and celebrate your personal journey. Pack your favorite journal, and get ready for a transformative experience of self-discovery and sisterhood. Cost: $15 (Collected on the day via PayID or cash) Meeting details: Meet at Circular Quay station outside Hungry Jacks at 11am. We will take the ferry together to Manly (ferry schedule TBC). Program: 12:15pm Lunch together and get to know each other (location TBC) 1:15pm Go to Manly Beach to relax, chat, and journal together using prompt cards (I will bring a mat and provide over 100+ prompt cards!) 2:30pm Move to Starbucks to get a coffee break 3pm (Still at Starbucks) Begin creating our vision boards (all materials provided) 4:30pm Move back to Manly beach to do a self reflective exercise in our journals 5pm End of retreat (All the time stamps are estimations.)
