Stoic Wisdom: Marcus Aurelius on Serenity

"*You have power over your mind – not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.” – Marcus Aurelius.*

Join us as we gain insights from the life of Marcus Aurelius—scholar, Roman Emperor, and Stoic philosopher of 2nd century AD Rome, who found strength amidst uncertainty through daily reflections.

Stoic philosophy originated in Ancient Greece over 2300 years ago, spread and flourished throughout the Roman Empire for centuries, and remains relevant and applicable in our times today. Join philosophers of New Acropolis as we draw inspiration from the lives and teachings of the Stoics, and explore simple yet profound ideas that can help us meet our daily life with inner stillness and serenity.
