About the event
Join us for a practical self-defense training for those who refuse to feel vulnerable, at work, on the street, on public transport, or at night.
More than a workout, with Krav Maga, you'll feel stronger, more confident and powerful. The goal is not just to learn how to fight, but to develop the awareness and confidence to avoid dangerous situations, respond effectively when necessary, and protect yourself when it matters most. We also build cardio, endurance and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
After a short warm-up, we get straight into practical self-defense training, focusing on 2–3 techniques in each session. We train realistic defenses and counterattacks against a wide range of situations — from chokes, grabs and pushes to punches, kicks, and weapon threats such as knives and sticks.
10€ per person for a 60 minutes class. (2nd time will be for free!!!). There are changing rooms with showers that you can use.
Come alone or bring friends/partners! Bring sport clothes and tennis shoes. Gloves and protections, if you have.
