Wayahead’s Glebe Anxiety Support Group provides a free, safe and supportive space for people experiencing anxiety to connect with others, share experiences and access peer support. The group is open to community members seeking support with anxiety. Whether you would like to talk, listen, learn from others or feel less alone, you are welcome to attend. To register or find out more, email supportgroups@wayahead.org.au or call 1300 794 992. Disclaimer: This group is not suitable for people experiencing high levels of mental distress, including distress associated with psychosis, severe depression or active post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as the group is unlikely to be able to meet their needs.
