You are invited to Sunday meditation and a conversation about Buddhism with the Theravada Foundation.
We meet from 18:00 – 20:00 at Joga Centrum on Bracka ( https://centrumjoga.pl/kontakt/ ). You can participate in a single session or attend meditations regularly.
Participants can receive books published by the Theravada Foundation free of charge.
For people who have never meditated before, we encourage you to prepare for sitting in a group.
