Looking for a welcoming way to stay active, move with greater ease, and connect with others? Kinetic Connections: Movement for Healthy Aging is a supportive movement and dance class for adults 40+ of all abilities.
For this free trial class, join instructor Julia Sasso for a gentle and engaging exploration of movement through music, breath, imagination, and creativity. You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace and discover ways of moving that feel comfortable, enjoyable, and natural to you.
No previous dance experience is required. Whether you’re looking to improve mobility, reduce stress, support balance and coordination, or simply enjoy moving in a welcoming environment, this class offers an opportunity to connect with your body, your creativity, and others. Come curious, comfortable, and ready to move!
