Slow down and reset with a guided tea-tasting experience led by our Tea Master, who has spent around $34,000 amassing his bespoke, quality collection of 220kg worth of teas. Learn how to brew and appreciate premium Chinese teas while exploring their origins, aromas, flavours, textures and finishes in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
During the session, you will discover:
• How water temperature, brewing time and technique affect each tea • How to appreciate a tea’s colour, aroma, flavour, mouthfeel and aftertaste • How origin, terroir and tea-tree age influence its character • How thoughtfully selected food pairings can enhance the tasting experience

Premium Package: The Black Tea Journey
Journey through the rich history and diverse character of Chinese black tea with three carefully selected varieties. From an aged, high-altitude Yunnan tea to the vivid fruitiness of Fei Zi Xiao and the refined floral sweetness of historic Qimen tea, each cup presents a distinct expression of Chinese black-tea craftsmanship.
The tasting will be accompanied by lemon drizzle traybake loaves, selected to complement the teas’ natural sweetness, floral aromas and refreshing finishes.
• 10-Year Vintage Dian Hong – An aged Yunnan black tea harvested from high-altitude mountains. Its decade of ageing produces a layered profile with gentle floral and earthy notes followed by a smooth, lingering sweetness.
• Fei Zi Xiao (Lychee-Scented Black Tea) – Named after the famous lychee cultivar associated with Imperial Consort Yang Guifei, this premium black tea offers an intensely sweet and fruity aroma, delicate floral character and a clean, refreshing finish.
• Qimen Black Tea (Keemun Black Tea) – One of China’s most celebrated historical black teas. First produced in Qimen County, Anhui Province, it later gained international acclaim for its elegant floral aroma, refined character and intense natural sweetness.

Elite Package: The Wuyi Rock Tea Bliss
Experience a specially curated selection of premium teas showcasing the contrast between rocky mountain terroir, historical cliff trees, deeply rooted old bushes and fragrant modern cultivars.
Paired with artisan dark chocolate, the tasting explores how richness, sweetness and gentle bitterness can bring forward the teas’ floral, mineral and aromatic qualities.
• Ultra-Premium Wuyi Rock Tea (Yancha) – A prized tea offering the distinctive depth, complexity and mineral character associated with its rocky mountain terroir.
• Da Hong Pao (Big Red Robe) – A legendary and iconic tea, often celebrated as the “king of rock teas,” with a deep and commanding character.
• Laocong Shuixian (Old Bush Water Sprite) – Harvested from semi-wild, deeply rooted tea trees over 50–60 years old. A special pairing will be served to bring forth a new level of intensity.
• Rui Xiang (Auspicious Fragrance) – A highly prized modern cultivar developed by the Fujian Tea Research Institute, offering a distinctive magnolia-like fragrance with a sweet, mineral aftertaste.
